Belvilla Deepens Its Commitment to the Netherlands Holiday Market Through Strategic Partnership with Luten Makelaardij

EuroWire: Amsterdam, 29 April 2026: Belvilla, one of Europe’s leading vacation rental companies today announced a strategic partnership with Luten Makelaardij, a well-established property brokerage based in the Netherlands. As part of the agreement, Belvilla (BV) has taken a 10% equity stake in the partnership, signaling the company’s long-term conviction in the Dutch holiday home market and its commitment to building lasting relationships with local operators and entrepreneurs.

Under the terms of the partnership, Jasper Luten, the CEO of Lutenmakelaardij, and his team will serve as Home Owner Advisors (HOA) for Belvilla in the Netherlands, acting as the dedicated local point of contact for property owners. The team will support homeowners in onboarding their properties to the Belvilla platform, provide day-to-day operational guidance, and ensure that the experience of listing and managing a holiday home is as seamless and personalized as the stays Belvilla offers to travelers.

While Belvilla operates across 20+ European markets and manages over 60,000 holiday homes across Europe, the Netherlands remains one of its most significant markets, with over 20,000 properties across individual homes and holiday parks nationwide.

Ankit Tandon, CEO Europe and COO PRISM, (parent of Belvilla), said, “A global platform is only as strong as the local relationships it invests in. While Belvilla operates across European markets and manages thousands of holiday homes, its approach has consistently favoured depth over speed. We have chosen to embed ourselves in local community through our trusted partners who bring regional expertise, established networks, and a genuine understanding of what homeowners need to succeed.”

Jasper Luten brings considerable experience to the role. A recognized property broker in the Dutch market since 2019, his firm currently has over 200 properties listed for sale on its platform, acting as a broker for property owners across the Netherlands. His track record in residential and holiday property transactions makes him a natural fit for the Home Owner Advisor role.

Jasper Luten, Founder, Luten Makelaardij, said, “I have worked with homeowners in the Netherlands for years, and one thing is consistently clear: they want a partner who is present, who understands their property, and who they can actually pick up the phone and call. That is what we have always done at Luten Makelaardij, and now we can offer that same level of personal service backed by

Belvilla’s platform, technology, and reach across Europe. For homeowners who have been hesitant

about listing their property with a larger platform, this partnership is designed to change that

    experience entirely.”

The Netherlands remains one of Europe’s most popular short-stay destinations, with strong domestic demand and a growing inbound traveler base drawn to the country’s coastal towns, countryside retreats, and city-adjacent holiday properties. Belvilla currently operates over 20,000

homes across the country, spanning individual properties and holiday parks, with particular density in the coastal and countryside regions that continue to drive the strongest domestic and inbound demand. For homeowners, the ability to work with a local advisor backed by a pan-European platform offers a combination of personal service and operational scale that is increasingly difficult to find in the market.

With this partnership now in place, Belvilla expects to accelerate the onboarding of new holiday homes in the Netherlands while raising the standard of homeowner support across the market. The

Homeowner Advisor model is central to this ambition: ensuring that every property owner has a named, local contact who understands their property, their market, and their goals.

The partnership is effective immediately. Homeowners in the Netherlands interested in listing their property with Belvilla can reach Jasper Luten and his team through www.lutenmakelaardij.nl or directly via the Belvilla platform.
